Location: Christmount, Black Mountain, NC

Date: August 2-4, 2013

Registration fee: $125.00*

Registration deadline: May 5th, 2013 (registrations received after May 5th, will be honored on a first come first serve basis - until July 5th)

Participants: Open to all confirmed LCMS Lutherans, both adult and youth.

Housing: Cabins (8 cabins, sleep 9 each), or Guest House (motel-type accommodations)

Meals: 6 meals are included

Check in: 4:00pm August 2

Check out: after lunch on August 4

Your weekend will be filled with worship, learning sessions, and various activities.

For those staying in the cabins - you will need to bring your bedding and towels. (each cabin has its own bath)

Additional items you may want to bring: Bible, swim suit, camera, walking/hiking shoes, marshmallow sticks, snacks, bug spray.

* - we have spoken for several rooms in the Guest House, each room has two queen beds, a private bath, tv, & wireless internet.

The registration fee is based on the cost of staying in cabins. If you choose to stay in the Guest House: a single occupancy will be $235.00, double occupancy is $170.00 per person, three adults in the room is $150.00 per person, four adults in the room is $130.00 per person for the weekend.

Directions: Christmount is one mile south of Black Mountain, NC

Take exit 64 on I-40, then follow NC9 south. About 2/10 mile, you will come to a fork in the road; bear left(stay on NC9 south). Go about a mile: Christmount's gate is on the left. Registration is in the first building on the left, about 2/10 mile into the property.
